Long gone are the days where major female artists like Britney, Gaga, and K$ were dominating the charts.
Now they are nowhere to be found on the charts and their media presence and reception from the GP has continually dissipated.
So far in 2014, we've seen the Top 10 shift more towards indie, EDM, and a slight re-surgence of Urban singles.
Is Azealia's prediction right? Are we entering a new era of music? Is artistry and talent making a comeback?
