The original stage show is everything over the movie. They omitted my favorite song from the musical in the movie, "It's Raining on Prom Night", they actually have the song playing in the diner in one of the scenes, but you barely notice it. This is from the 2007 revival with Lindsay Mendez as Jan and Laura Osnes as Sandy
