I prefer the Pam/Jenny scene from 3, as well as Brenda's "The Ring" scene from 3. This scene is pretty iconic though!

The movie scene and this one get me every time

No way! 3 took the franchise in a different direction (more slapstick, like Airplane/Mel Brooks style), which I think was refreshing, since at that point all of that gross-out Wayans Bros. humor was just not a thing anymore. For me, 2 is just a not as good rehash of 1 and 4 is just a not as good rehash of 3. 5 is just embarrassing and should be seen by no one.
