Are you paranoid? Do you overthink and overanalyse everything? I decided to create this thread to see if anyone out there can feel me because honestly I am so tired of this. I am paranoid about honestly EVERYTHING. I see enemies everywhere and I see bad things everywhere, I always think about bad stuff and I can rarely keep a happy mood. Sometimes when I'm working out and the adrenaline hits me I think I might go crazy and break down and I want to start crying.
