Affluenza is the worst defense ever for a dumb spoiled teen killing multiple people. Where are the excuses that poor people grew up not knowing any better so they end of stealing or committing crimes? Oh wait there are none. To be fair I think this has much more to do with his wealth than race but I don't really see a rich boy of color getting of this easily either. So yes racism is alive as is classism.
