As you may know, Atrl is set to update and some of the updates would suck for people who do not have unique names.

Timber(the song) was created and released AFTER I named myself in August of 2013, and of course it went to #1. Now every time someone mentions the song I will be notified.

The difference between me and other people with song names is that, most likely, they named themselves after the song not the other way around.

The only way you'll be notified is when someone quotes you, or like HERMES mentioned, when someone goes @Timber.

If someone just simply types Timber, you will not be notified.
