Overthinking is like the worst thing in the world. It doesn't help you, it just makes you feel depressed, not to mention you often have problems with falling asleep. You analyze everyone and everything, but usually do nothing except dramatizing. When I go to bed, let's say, at 11PM, I need at least 2 or 3 hours before I finally fall asleep. It's killing me.
