I just found out that 'Hollywood Records' (you all know them) has only around 50 employees! How can a record label function with only 50 people????? Is that in any way normal for a major record label? No wonder they're promotional abilities are so limited.

Every artist that want's any success should leave just based on that right there!

Well that sucks. A label could run with 50 people, but not a big time label as HR seems to be.

Yeah you could survive on 50. Most indie labels have a lot less. Even though this is a major label, I could still see it surviving this way.
