This is an Armenian singer and her name is Sirusho. Her name kinda reminds me of Shakira... and actually her music reminds me of Shakira's music too.
She represented Armenia in Eurovision Song Context 2008 with this song "Qele Qele" (which means "Come Come" in English or "Vem vem" in Portuguese) and she made a quite good impact (number 5 in the final). I love this song... It has something really positive about it...
I usually don't like this kind of music... but I gotta admit this song grew up in me...
