Not Flamebait. Found a funny / interesting video that shed light on an actual social occurrence.
Do you have a ***** / N-word (the one that ends in "a", not the super offensive one) pass? Do you think there should be one? Is the white guy racist himself for asking black people for one? If you are a black person who uses it, do you feel non-blacks should be able to say the word (with friendly affection)? How do you feel about many rappers using the term?
UPDATE: I realize since the word is censored here, I'm not talking about the N-word that ends in "er"...the video and my thread refers to the one that ends in "a"
