Scrap the ARTPOP concept and DJWS, go back to RedOne and her old co-writers and rush-release an entirely new album before the artRAVE. Have the artRAVE merge ARTPOP with the new album.
IDK "G.U.Y." really was supposed to smash so who knows. There's definitely life in the album still. "Gypsy" is just sitting there waiting to become an anthem. Or get that hopeless app up to speed and release an ARTPOP Act II buzz track or something.
