Just tell yourself healthy food tastes as good as fast food (which it does by the way) and you'll start to believe it.
I always have oatmeal and fruit for breakfast (eggs can be good too, just go easy because of cholesterol), a cold cut or grilled sandwich for lunch or dinner, and usually some kind of salad every single day - chef and chicken caesar are my favorites, but salad is perfect - you can put in any kind of lettuce, vegetable, meat, seafood, cheeses, etc. to your heart/stomach's content. You can also try some soups too - I love potato, broccoli chedar, and lobster bisque, and of course classic chicken noodle.
Drink water or sugar free iced tea in place of soda. Milk is a great source of protein in the morning, but if you don't like dairy, fruit juices are just as healthy for you - but they are sugary too.
Eating healthier means eating fewer carbs (which is amazing for you) and you will look and feel better rapidly.
