Adele is set to make her film debut in an upcoming espionage thriller by X-Men: First Class and Layer Cake director Matthew Vaughn, insiders suggest.
“Adele is exactly what Matthew is looking for,’ a source has told The Sun on Sunday amid rumours that Adele would be cast as a "bad girl."
However the rumour mill’s in overdrive once again and it’s thought David Beckham and Elton John have also signed up to play villains in the film, which is due for release in 2014.
While a spokesman for the singer has yet to confirm or deny the rumours, The Secret Service is due to begin filming later this year.
