I went to five guys yesterday at around 7:00 PM, after i got back I had bad diarrhea and bad vomiting immediately one after the other at around 11:00 and i've been nauseous and every 10 minutes following the original vomiting at 11:00 i would have to run back to the bathroom and just puke my brains out. Today has been a little better, but not much. Can anyone give me some good advice? I can't keep food or water or gatorade down. This is awful.

I can take little amounts, but I can't drink big amounts.

Even if you can't keep it down, make sure to keep drinking so you don't become dehydrated.

While i was puking as internal encouragement, I was thinking rise up vomit this is the beginning. Unfortunately Lotus cannot help me.
