Are Tumblr Gifs Ugly?
The tacky filters.
The ugly yellow font subtitles. And the fact that the gif only ever captures the last 2 words of the caption.
The choppy frame rates.
Why do people even make these?

Ugh, yes they're the worst. I hate how the max size is 500 kbs which leaves them looking so short and choppy. Tragic how they've become like the #1 source for gifs too.

The size limit is not 500kb but around 1mb. Still, that's not enough imo.
