Being a reality show judge is time consuming and so is a newborn baby! Christina Aguilera recently announced the she’s having a girl with fiancé Matt Rutler so she might just want to take some time off.
“They will have to replace Christina, as she will be focused on her upcoming child and will not be able to focus on the demands that The Voice puts on the judges,”
They need to get Kelly Clarkson on board. But I don't know how they can play off her being the winner of their rival show. She'd make the perfect fit, though!

She's folk pop. 0304 was a dance album. Most of her albums cover a number of musical styles though. So she has a bunch of experience. But if you ever saw Platinum Hit, The Sing Off or Nashville Star, her personality bites hard.
