When I go to Starbucks and I get the gay barista vibe, I go in and start flirting no matter how he looks so I don't have to pay if I'm short on money. I just look like I'm fiddling around my pockets to see if I have the rest of the change and they usually just say not to worry about it while they limp their wrist and print the receipt. the amount of "oh ...ok I guess something can be done to help" or "ya sure i'll help you!!" etc you get after doing that is crazy !
