After the recent announcement of the new Bachelor spinoff, Bachelor in Paradise, ABC has announced another new show from the franchise called Cat Bachelorette premiering this Fall. Lucky for them they got none other than Meredith, daughter of the illustrious Taylor Swift.
President of ABC Entertainment Group, Paul Lee released a statement saying he “couldn’t be happier” and “after much negotiation [he] was finally able to land [his] dream bachelorette”. He was especially excited because she is named after a character from their other show, Grey’s Anatomy. He is currently in talks with Ellen Pompeo to make a guest appearance.
During her time in New York City, Meredith was also spotted grabbing a bite and a local hot spot with Juan Pablo rejecter, Sharleen Joynt. The two apparently were overheard discussing her new gig and also sharing some great cocktail recipes.
