Cruel or nah?

I think it was pretty messed up but its only been 20 mins since I finished watching it.

I hated it

Bad way to end it IMO.

I'm still crying. It's been like 50 minutes

The whole Season 9 was so bad.

Seasons 1-4 were ******* flawless

I just hate how they did Barney like...

Poor Tracy, it wasn't about her after all

But Tracy and Ted were meant for each other

I can't believe they had Barney go back to his roots At least he came to his senses at the end

TBH, this was the best episode of the season, and for a couple seasons even. The show went on way too long.

Ted and Robin ended up together

9 season to see the mother and they killed her in the series finale just to learn ted was meant to be with Robin?!

and then 1 entire season to see this wedding just to see them divorce ?!

I think I would have liked the ending better if it were spread out across a few more episodes. The finale felt really rushed and crammed with so many events. It's like the writers realized they only had one episode left and were like "oh **** lets undo everything we spent the last 9 seasons building up"

It was all distractions from making Ted/Robin obvious. I think this controversial ending is better than a predictable and boring one.

Plus HIMYM has always been about the plot twists.

I thought it was perfect. I loved Season 9. I don't get the hate Oh well, you can't please everybody.

They shouldn't have done the whole season the way they did, but the finale was ok.

I never really gave much of a damn about Tracy to begin with, I always thought the actress was bland looking and it's not like they gave her THAT much screentime anyway, so I'm not pressed about her death. However, I would have liked a funeral scene.

Exactly, I feel like they barely showed her so we don't get to attached to her. I personally wasn't attached at all.
