Most of the people in Dubai aren't even native Emirati people or other Arabs. Expats make up 83% of the city's population and most of them are South Asian. There are tons of working class Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and Filipinos there.

i can see Hritik there too so she is not the only star attracting the crowd
