Oops, she did it again. Sources confirm exclusively to TMZ that the Princess of Pop has injured her knee once again.
On her way back from her Hawaii vacation, Spears took quite the tumble in the airport. She was immediately rushed to the emergency room. It's unclear whether or not, this will have any impact on Spears' upcoming Vegas residency she began late last year.
This isn't the first knee injury for Britney. Back in 1998, Spears injured her knee in a dance rehearsal and again in 2004 on the set of a music video. One thing is for certain, you wouldn't even notice as you watch her Vegas show. Here's to hoping for a quick recovery.
