Not really. Shots being fired in the DMZ are like a once-a-year occurrence and tend only to happen when something unusual happens, like someone crossing onto the other side of the border without permission.
This could be bad depending on what the cause for the shooting was. Hopefully it turns out to be nothing.
North Korea would never declare war. That would be one of the dumbest mistakes in human history.
