I can't sleep with light.
I had a TV that always had a red dot of light, and even with that little dot of light I couldn't sleep.

It depends on how tired I am. If I need to just get some sleep for the next day, the lights have to be off as they irritate me. If I am tired as hell then it doesn't matter.

Always with the lights on, TV off etc. I can't sleep any other way.
I occasionally sleep with a night light on if some horror film has scared me. Insidious 2 being the most recent time I did it.
