For your information Artists and Repertoire (A&R) is the division of a record label company that is responsible for scouting and artist development.

This thread will give you a chance to discuss or suggest what will be the future or development of an artist or a band. So first artist we will help is:

1. What sound/genre you will like to be on the album. (If you want to put collaborations or suggest producers for her album)
2. What Image you like her to portray on her next album
3. Suggest a title of her next album or her first single title

1. I want her next album to become have a more pop sound rather than rnb sound so she will be appealing to teens. I want her songs to be written and produce by Kara DioGuardi
