isn't he Magneto's son? he's in avengers? I'm lost, I don't read the Avengers HQ, mostly only X-Men and DC
Here's the deal, Marvel nearly went brankrupt years ago so they sold different characters X-men went to Fox, Spider-Man to Sony and so on therefore certain characters can't be used in films/tv shows. Quick Silver & Scarlet Witch got their rights split between Disney (who owns Marvel Studios) & Fox Studios (who owns all of the X-Men + Fantastic Four) and QS &SW can't be called mutants or be related to Magneto within the Avengers films but they are still shared between the two studios

Even plays Quicksilver in X-Men: Days of Future past which is a completely seperate timeline and story. There is a special agreement between Fox and Disney that states that Disney can use Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch if they don't mention the X-Men or Magneto.
Avengers Quicksilver is going to slay X-Men's anyway
Scarlet and Witch and Quicksilver look fantastic
