I know not everyone here is a Catholic, but a lot of here is Christian I think. So I put up this thread so we can share our experience every Holy Week, on how we spend this very sacred week, and how we offer our lives to God and to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
We always go to beaches but this year, we'll stay in our house, pray and cook some food (but not meat!)

this is what they call "Procesiones" and is about a carpet made of flowers all over the streets and there is this huge altar that people carry on their backs all olver the carpet-road. This things are huge! there are like 20 mans per side carrying it so it take a while to complete the tour... and these are joined with an orchest that plays sad murky songs.. its a whole show
this is a Catholic tradition, I'm not catholic but still interesting, I think this an old Spanish tradition.. I dont know if other countries do this too...
friday saturday and sunday we fast... from sunset to sunrise... ... we also do a lot of praying.... and like Raguabros we also watch a lot of religious movies around this time... yesterday i watched The Passion of The Christ and The Nativity
