During those few years that I was coping with the end of my friendship (I sound dramatic but it was really hard to go through) I wouldnt talk to anyone....I would legit leave my house to go to school, hop on the bus go to a subway station and ride the subway all day and go home

Yeah, I went through a similar thing, in 5th grade I moved to a new school and I became friends with this girl and we became pretty close and I was outgoing and then in like 8th grade I started dating this guy she liked and she started telling everyone she hated me and was just like spreading rumors and after that I got bullied a lot for a year and I became really shy and reserved so I went through a period when I like struggled articulate and I kind of slurred
I felt it was affecting my social life too so in 9th grade I took public speaking and it really changed like everything for me because it gave me so much more confidence in speaking and things like that so even something as simple as that can help you in a tremendous way. I still find myself slurring sometimes, not often, and people can't understand me but its only when I'm like not sure in what I'm say, like if I'm answering a question in class and I don't know if its right or not or like if Im saying a joke and I dont know if people will laugh at it

its a struggle but it will get better with help.
