Cheryl offered her own label by Simon, shades Cher Lloyd

I don't think he's shading Cher, she's just making a statement on how good Cheryl is as a judge.
Cheryl knows what her acts have to sing, just as a mentor should, whereas sometimes a bad conselour can make the contestant fail (i.e. Kelly Rowland with Janet Devlin).
The fact that he's acting like its a miracle that Cher got into the final is shade in itself
No it isn't, a mentor's job is to work with their contestant no matter who they are or what their background is and support their development. If they can't do that, they're a bad mentor.
If it was ANY other mentor as much as I LOVE Cher she wouldnt get into the live shows after her performance @ judges houses, but Cheryl did it. Thank God.
So he's right & its not a shade. People were shocked when Cher was chosen anyway, just like Katy[if anyone remembers her.]
Hmmm this is far from shade. He's basically saying she did an amazing job pushing Cher Lloyd and also cuz of the backlash she suffered and still made it to the finale.
