These important hygienic objects are standard in Italian private washrooms, Italians really can't understand how people can live without a bidet and cleaning themselves everytime they use the washroom. Of course, Italians have the highest standards in hygiene and style.

Yes I use one. They are not commonly used here in the United States. I have a portable bidet. So every time I go to the toilet I use the bidet, baby wipes, and toilet paper to dry.
