I would say that it's more likely for Chris' album, although I'm not sure because there has been no confirmation as to whether it's a lead single (either for Ariana or Chris), so a joint single seems plausible especially considering that they're releasing at similar times.
I think only the countdown starts tomorrow but we're definitely getting it this month, maybe even this week.. Ariana's countdowns only last around a week
