I suggest condoms for the scenario you're describing , but I've taken Ortho TriCyclen for years now with no issues/incidents.

There's no 100% pill. Just use a condom and ask your doctor for birth control.

Getting some Plan B wouldn't be a bad idea either.

No such thing as 100%. You need birth control and condoms and if you aren't on birth control get plan b but condoms are a must!

You can also use other methods like the sponge, or you can ask your doctor to prescribe you/your friend a NuvaRing or a birth control patch.
Just remember that none of these methods protect you against STDs, and that condoms are the only effective way of avoiding them. And even though all STIs are treatable and most are curable, avoiding them is much better
