Breaking: Desperate pop fans use ANYTHING for relevance
Quote:
Desperate fans of a fading popstar have reportedly been caught clamouring to whatever approval they can find online today - in the wake of delusion that their fave might actually be relevant once again.
After a controversial show that consisted of a necessarily heavy backing track, more speeches than songs, controversial fiddling, unwanted country remixes and a visual crutch in the form of nobodies that fans didn't even know - the C-list gossip sites have been abuzz with quotes that may, or may not have been paid for. Bollywood Life says "The vomit really set the tone for the entire set", WSHH comments "This coked out trick is exactly what we look for in our content" and Danielle Staub [former housewife from RHONJ] says "Even though my WWHL special had higher ratings, I can still empathise with fellow trash."
Her local fanbase were also left feeling vindicated that being defecated on would be a turning point for the ARTist, given her disappointing setbacks accompanied with her latest release. One fan [who chose to remain anonymous, but later chatted a crew member on the social media app 'Grindr' asking to trade sex for album sales] told the reporter that they aren't ready to give up stanning for such a trainwreck, because there is currently no other bandwagon to hop on that gives them the same validation they crave, so they have to talk themselves into loving whatever she does. The fan proceeded to give his own thoughts on how someone potentially stans for such a mess, using the latest excuse as an example - "Vomiting on strangers is totally artistic, relevant and controversial! "2 Girls 1 Cup" is the most artistic film I've ever seen, and anyone who doesn't agree is pressed."
We reached out to [a mutually successful peer] Ashanti Douglas for a comment -- so far we have not heard back.
