As Oasis said, i'm guessing you've got an interview coming so i'll just say:
With defects/weaknesses, you always want to try and spin it in a good way to your benefit. Also answer this question with weaknesses that you've had in the past but is not a problem any more.
Spinning:
-May go out of my way to help co-workers finish their task *after* completing my own
-Find it hard to stop a project until the job is done -OR- Easy to lose track of time when working.
-Would not be able to lie for a friend/co-worker if I know they did something wrong
Past Weaknesses
-Used to find it hard to handle angry customers
-Used to be too passive
-Sometimes I sneak out to surf ATRL
Values- Honesty, Creativity, Initiative, Hard Work and Team Player
Which one was like the hardest moment when you choose between two things, people etc?
I'd answer this question based on the type of job i'm applying for. If it were a customer service job i'd say - I once had a customer who was interested in buying Item A, however I knew that Item B was much better suited for them but it was cheaper. I had to choose whether to make the larger sale & risk having the customer return it, or sell them the cheaper item that would work better for them in the long run and I chose Item B.
Which one are like the most hardest questions that someone ask you in a job interview?
One time I had to show my sales experience off by selling the employer a pen. It really caught me off guard and I didn't prepare for it, but I just took 2 minutes to look at the pen, notice every detail about it and use that as selling points.
