I've noticed many people insult others on here using "bottom" as an insult, e.g. "you messy bottoms" etc.

But what exactly is wrong with being a bottom? What does it have to do with anything regarding your opinions/reactions? Is it saying that tops are superior to bottoms? I'd call it the other way around, since bottoms are the ones taking the pain and pleasing the top. Or is it just stereotyping that bottoms are queens and queens are overdramatic?

No clue, It's not like bottoming is something to be ashamed of , I mean somebody has to get penetrated in order for gay sex to occur.

I used to say it referring to a very effeminate gay a few years back when I was more immature I guess. I stopped using it because I have effeminate friends and I love them, and being bottom is nothing wrong tbh. Now that I think back on that I want to go back in time and hit me in the face whenever I would use it that way even though it was like 2-3 times.

The same reason "gay" is an insult in the real world.

I see my post put some people over the edge. It's sorta just another way of saying "gay" like how gays sometime use it. Not a real insult.

It's a vile way to insult someone.

+1. It's just sexism. The bottom is thought of as the woman, and woman = bad.
