The f?
So I got the new iOS update, and now my phone won't fully sync and I need it to because I got new songs.
It's stuck on 'Waiting for changes to be applied'
Anyone else having this problem?

Unplug your device and turn it off and close out of iTunes.
Turn it back on and re-open iTunes and plug it up.
Try to re-sync.
If that doesn't work, you need to install a fresh copy of 7.1

Just a guess but you may have made a change in the device settings on iTunes and need to click the "Apply" button on the bottom right before it'll let you do anything more.
