I tried to download The Last Of Us: Left Behind but this happened:

As I checked on the "Game Data Utility" folder on my PS3. I can see that the "The Last of Us - Additional Content" is present. But can't be recognized as installed in game.
Same issue with me. This appears to happening to everyone with the same set-up, Asian copy of the game, US account. That's gonna be the case for a lot of us here in the Philippines for people who bought what we thought was supposed to be a region locked system, but apparently has some quibbles. Hopefully this issue gets resolved if more people complain.

You should try to contact customer service, they will most likely solve your problem. But it's probably what Starships said, you downloaded it in the wrong region.
