Corn Detasseling. Period. The worst job I have ever done. The one year I did it, the fields were completely flooded so you literally had to dump your boots out at the end of every row. Not to mention, there was one field where I literally needed someone to haul me out of what seemed like a mud sinkhole cause the mud was so mucky and deep

Plus, there was another field, where there were so many misquotes, there must have been AT LEAST 300 in my row ALONE. It was horrifing, so I literally was just like "**** this" and bolted down to the end of the row, I was not in the condition to be getting west nile. Luckily it was just cleanup so nobody really noticed. I ended up completing the entire season though.
Never. Again. I got athletes feet and got corn rash all over my arms and neck. Plus, keep in mind this was during one of the hottest summers in my towns history, so I actually threw up in the middle of one of the rows from overheating
