Neither were all that great, but why is Billboard bothering to write about this?
Plus I think i's a little unfair to compare the fashion of 60 and over with an almost 30 year old.
Billboard should stick to writing about music. Talking about dresses seems like a silly distraction for a supposedly serious industry paper.
