Nah Bey may have limited global chart success right now (still debatable) but she clearly has the impact. With a song as provocative as Drunk In Love, people in eastern part of the world are apparently bopping to it (when they usually love basic less-sexual love song and stuff like that).
So I guess we are kinda living in her world, although I have to admit that Anderson was most possibly being hyperbolic when saying that
