Which genre has had a better quality of music in the last decade?

Rap music has had a better decade (success-wise and quality-wise) so far tbh.

I might be making a really outlandish claim, but I feel like there have been more critically acclaimed/highly praised rap albums than there have been R&B albums.

And a lot of today's R&B albums can pass as pop albums... Idk.
