Apparently, her longtime trainer Erin Oprea puts her through a series of leg-sculpting exercises several times a week, including 15 reps of squats into lunges on each side, cherry pickers, one minute of skater hops, 15 lateral lunges on each side, 30 seconds of Bosu jumps, 40 pulsing Sumo Squats and five sets of jumping up a flight of stairs doing stair squat and jumps.
