The Bible Belt is an informal term for a region in the south-eastern and south-central United States in which socially conservative evangelical Protestantism is a significant part of the culture and Christian church attendance across the denominations is generally higher than the nation's average.
What opinion is there to even have? I doubt you're even educated to know why the South is historically more active in their churches anyways.
You're clearly trying to incite some sort of religious-bashing argument.
The South has it's issues just as the North does, but I appreciate the emphasis that is put on family values that has somewhat dissipated in Northern metropolitan areas.
I live in it due to circumstances outside of my control & it's made me realize that if there was a hell I'd hope to end up there bcs both the music & the company would be better.
