Beyonce is very powerful, so she cna do what she wants, when target tried to punich her they ended up flip flopping back to get a sip of thoses sales.
Mabey Katy Perry could, or Bruno, but I dont think their labels would jepordize their a rtist sales with that
if they dip under 200 thousand downloads, everyone call them a flop, and ruins thier momentum
