On a serious note, this doesn't really bother me that much. I mean the point of preservatives is to make the food last longer and stay fresh for as long as possible (obviously not two years but yea). It's fresh enough when we get it from the restaurant and it tastes good, I can't complain.
I was just telling this to some friends. They were selling their car so they did some serious deep cleaning. They found some french fries under the seat from a place we went to on a road trip last year. They're still fully intact
