Japanese Power Rangers
so apparently the American Power Rangers is derived from Super Sentai (スーパー戦隊シリーズ Sūpā Sentai Shirīzu)

but we knew this . Many of the scenes in American Power Rangers are taken from the Japanese versions.

it's funny because as a could I used to always wonder why the rangers would be in Angel Grove,
then when they got it in their suits they were magically in TOKYO
