What kind of list?
Who doesn't start the morning with a cup of coffee? And who doesn't eat margarine?
And I have tea 5 or 6 times a day.

BS list. Margarine is healthy?
I feel like the list was ripped from the 1970 edition of "Moronic Housewives Monthly".
It has been proven for years that regular old butter is better for you than Margarine.
