Do any of you guys own a website on Blogger? If you do, what tend of things do you blog about?

I'm currently starting up my own and planning to include music/gaming news and reviews withing my blog posts. I'm finding it difficult at the minute on how to promote my blog (no this this topic isn't an excuse for me to shamelessly advertise my blog).

I was just wandering on tips? Or just to generally discuss what you guys use blogger for?

I have one but I just talk about random stuff

I used to have one. The best way to promote your blog is :
to friend other bloggers and interact with them
Add sharing widgets. Most of my views came from StumbleUpon.
Shamelessly promote your blog posts on similar sites
But at the end of the day, you need to have good posts. If the quality isn't there, it will flop no matter how hard you promote your blog.
