Anyway, I'm not looking forward to see this. The joker is laughable (And not even scary!) compared with the first Batman movie. They ruined the classic Batman series.

Okay, first of all, Heath Ledger's Joker is incredibly more scary than Jack's Joker. I LOVED Jack's Joker, don't get me wrong, but Heath's is infinitely more scary.
Anyway, um, let's break it down. Burton's two films are decent, though the first one is fundamentally flawed. I mean, as AK pointed out, THE JOKER as the killer of Bruce Wayne's parents? That completely ***** on the comic. Batman Forever is alright at best, but I've always had a soft spot for that film.
But Batman & Robin? Oh HELL no. NO WAY IN HELL. That putrid excuse for a film is not only by far the worst in the Batman series, but the single worst comic book movie ever made. It was the film that added ass to Batman's suit. It was the film that gave us BATMAN ON ICE, for christ's sake!
The reason why
Batman Begins is most people's(including yours truly) favorite Batman film is because it's the film that's, you know, most like the comic itself. I actually felt like I was reading an extended version of one of the old school comics. And that, in part, is why so many of us are excited about
The Dark Knight.
That, and Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, for, you know, he's awesome.
(Yes, I know, I overreacted here, but when you follow the comics like I do, you tend to overreact about **** like this.)
