To add onto this. The jobs illegals get anyway are jobs that most Americans wouldnt even think of getting. Like waste disposal, working on fields etc.

These ignorant people don't even realize their ancestors came from a foreign country hundreds of years ago. These people are so fearful, protesting immigration because they're threatened by foreigners (Mexicans, or Middle Easterns, Asians, etc). Anti-immigration is just a mask for pure racism and fear, and these people can justify their racism and fear by suddenly taking about "immigration laws". Sickening.

i think the immigration system is broken in America and we need to pass some sort of law in Congress to make it easier for people to live here. Sadly, i don't see it passing at anytime because of more important issues facing Washington right now.

I actually have Native American ancestors. I find it so ironic that this country was taken from Native Americans with thousands being murdered in the process and now they want to preach Anti-Immigration when they themselves are the immigrants.

I see this often in my country (not U.S) as well and it's sad because some of my fellow citizens can get xenophobic/racist at one point with immigrants from neighboring countries

Exactly and the British came here for the same purpose as most of today's immigrants, a better life, but now all of a sudden it's a problem. What the hell ever happened to being able to live the "American Dream"? This country is so ****ed up.
