She's channelling a look similar to Marilyn, not directly channelling Marilyn. She'd only be channelling Marilyn if she had a white dress blowing up, or a pink dress with gloves.

Remember Marilyn's look wasn't original; it was simply the look of the time, and Marilyn was the most famous person to have it. Look at Jean Harlow from the 30s. She had exactly the same look.
